Policies

Damaged or not working. Every card is tested before it ships. If one arrives damaged, or the tap or QR code does not open your Google review page, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost to you. No return needed, a photo is enough.

Changed your mind. Cards are configured to your individual Google Business Profile, so they cannot be resold. Unused cards can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price; return shipping is yours to cover. Cards that have been used in a location are not returnable.

Wrong profile linked. If we configured a card to the wrong Google Business Profile, that is our error and we fix it free, including shipping both ways.

Shipping. Shipping within the United States is included in the price. Cards ship within 3 business days of your order and of us receiving a valid Google Business Profile link.

How we bill. Website and brand work starts with a scoping conversation, not a checkout. Once scope is agreed we invoice a deposit of half the build price, with the balance due at launch.

Deposits. Your deposit is fully refundable until design work begins. Once we have started building, the deposit covers work already done and is not refundable, but you keep everything produced up to that point.

Revisions. Refining the design until it reads right to you is part of the build, not an extra invoice. New pages or a change of direction after launch are quoted separately.

Monthly maintenance. Hosting and maintenance is month to month and starts the day your site goes live. Cancel any time and it stops at the end of the current month; we do not refund part-months. If you cancel, we will hand over your site files and help you move to another host.

Timelines. A typical build runs about a week from the day we have your content. Domain transfers are controlled by your current registrar and can add time that is outside our control.

What we collect. If you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, business name, phone number, email address and the services you ticked. If you buy a review card we receive your name, business name, email, shipping address and the Google Business Profile link you provide.

Card details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Who else sees it. Only the services that make the site work: Vercel hosts the site, Resend delivers our email, and Stripe processes payments. The one exception you choose yourself, if you tick AI systems on the enquiry form, your submission is also sent to our partner Helpyr Technologies so they can follow up. That is stated on the form before you submit.

Page views. We count page views through Vercel Analytics to see which pages people actually read. It sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites.

What we never do. We do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Removing your data. Email BDay@zbdigitalsolutions.com and we will delete your enquiry and contact details. Records tied to a completed order are kept as long as tax rules require.

Quotes and founders pricing. Quotes hold for 30 days. Founders pricing is limited to the first 15 clients and can be withdrawn once those slots are filled; if you are already on it, your rate does not change afterwards.

What you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you give us and for having the right to use the photos, logos and text you supply.

Who owns what. When your invoice is paid in full, the site and brand assets we produced for you are yours. We keep the right to show the work as an example unless you ask us not to, just say so and we will leave it off.

Google review cards. A card links to your Google Business Profile. We do not control Google, cannot influence how reviews are displayed or ranked, and make no promise about how many reviews you will receive.

AI systems. AI systems work is built, scoped and priced by Helpyr Technologies under their own terms. Our role is the introduction.

Where this applies. ZB Digital Solutions is a sole proprietorship based in Franklin, Tennessee, and these terms are governed by Tennessee law.
